The roots of Ginseng help increase energy and promote good health blended with antioxidant-rich rosehip and fragrant notes of cardamom, mandarin and ginger. Flow tea will help you feel your glow and create from an inspired intuitive space.

Ingredients: Siberian Ginseng root, Licorice root, Hibiscus, Rose petals, Ginger Root, Rosehip shells, Cardamon, and Mandarin skin

MEDITATE - Our Meditate blend has been developed to help ground and expand. Gotu Kola has been used in Ayurveda as an elixir to boost cognitive function and restore vitality for centuries, it helps develop the crown chakra and can aid in deepening meditation, Tulsi an adaptogen herb is also known as holy basil or queen of herbs, it's said to be the earthly manifestation of Lakshmi and to bring good blessings and fortunes, an esoteric herb that plays a role harmonizing mind and spirit, both calming and energizing it may help balance the chakras and meridians. This blend also combines the warmth of Star Anise and the sweetness of Fennel anciently thought to grant courage, longevity and strength.

This tea is beautiful to drink in the evening, before yoga or meditation, or in times where you may need to focus on the task at hand.

Ingredients: tulsi (holy basil), gotu kola, liquorice, star anise and fennel.

YIN - Yin tea has been developed to help balance and restore, like a warm embrace from the inside letting you untangle from the chaos of life and find a state of relaxation. Blending calming and settling Chrysanthemum and Lemon balm with black Gojis known for their antioxidant hit and kidney cleansing properties with Marshmallow root which has been used traditionally in herbalism as a nerve tonic.

This tea is beautiful to drink in the evening, before yoga or in times of stress.

Ingredients: Lemon balm, chrysanthemum, marshmallow root and black goji.

YANG - This bright yellow tea is as bold as it looks, like sunshine in a cup the blend includes Lemongrass, Ginger and Turmeric to really pack a zingy punch and work to aid detoxification and digestion. This blend is high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and also includes Yerba mate a South American herb used in ancient tradition that can help increase mental clarity and energy. This blend includes the warmth and support of cinnamon and the sweetness of orange.

Yang tea is delicious and awakening perfect to sip on during the morning instead of a coffee or for a mid-afternoon pick me up or after meals.

Ingredients: Lemongrass, calendula, lemon myrtle, dried Turmeric, kibbled Ginger, orange peel, orange segments and cinnamon.

Seeping Instructions: Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add water heated to 95c, allow to infuse for 5+ minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Can also be used in a cold infusion, allow to infuse for 30 + minutes.
