Refund policy

Exchange Policy:
We hope you adore your purchase from our carefully curated store but if for some crazy reason you don’t we
are happy to offer a store credit if the item is returned to us in as-new condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase.  Just contact us directly via hello@albertanddaphne.com.au and we will let you know the next steps.

A few points to remember…

  • We are not liable for any loss/damage whilst a return item is in transit. For this reason, we recommend returning the item via a postage method with tracking and adequate coverage for loss/damage.
  • There are no returns on sale items. 
  • Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please ensure you include your proof of purchase eg. order number,  receipt etc

Refund Policy:
In the very unlikely scenario you receive a faulty or wrong item from us we are more than happy to offer a refund or store credit.  Please contact us via hello@albertanddaphne.com.au with your order information and a description of the fault and we'll be in touch. 

In this case, Albert & Daphne will cover the cost of returned postage.
